How safe is my customer data and who owns it?

They are your customers and so is the data. Although Restaurant Pilot is hosted on its own server, each client's customer data is private and is never accessed by us or a third party.

We have more than 1 branch, what are the implications?

Not a problem. Restaurant Pilot comes equipped with multi-branch tools so you can essentially have the same access different branches. The super user access level comes in handy here as this is the account you'd be using to monitor the different branches, create new users and even assign different access levels so the sensitive info such as sales, orders, personal info and so on is only accessible by those you select.

I'm currently using another table management system (e.g. OpenTable, Avenista, ResDiary) how easy is it to switch?

Very! For a limited time only, Restaurant Pilot is offering free migration so everything from export to import is taken care of by us, including manually adding the data where necessary.

A paper diary has worked just fine for us, how can Restaurant Pilot add value?
